First of all, instead of taking huge meals during day time, you can have small meals at regular intervals. This will make your body, fully supplied with energy all the time throughout the day. You will feel much energy throughout the day. Secondly, you have to make sure you consume at least 2 litres of pure water every day. Water is the best source which keeps toxins away from your body and will energize the dead cells in your body. Not only that, regular intake of enough water will make your organ functioning smooth and fat content to burn off easily. Having juices after work outs will give more fat burn from your body. The best such fresh juices I would recommend is Lemon juice, which has the capability to burn a lot more fat when the body is active while working out. This is the reason why many trainers insist you on taking lemon juice with salt, during work out instead of water.

Increase protein and carbohydrate food in your diet. Protein will help you add on to the body building instead of protein tablets, which are commonly used. No person in this world got six packs or a better body over a night. Days of hard work includes it. So be prepared to make it hard and along with keeping a little awareness in the body building nutrition.
